  • King George Whiting Rotolo served on a bed of tomato sugo & basil oil
*Vegetarian option: Grilled Zucchini, Capsicum & Onion Bruschetta topped with babaganoush & feta

  • Soy Braised Duck Leg with black sticky rice, bok choy, shitake mushrooms, snow peas & duck broth
  • Sous Vide, Dukkah Crusted Chicken Breast served on a bed of preserved lemon couscous, asparagus salad & jus
