The CYCSA is unique in that a number of Associations operate within the framework of the Club yet have a high level of autonomy. If you are interested in joining any of the Associations, please contact either the office or the Chairpersons. All the Associations run various functions and the dates of these events are published through newsletters and on the Club calendar, which is published each September and distributed to all members.

There is no joining fee for the Cruising Association, just ask the Club office to put you on the mailing list. As a Committee, it is our hope that the events we sponsor on both water and land will assist to increase your circle of friends and help you to become more proficient on the water. There are many members who will be happy to help you make that first trip across the gulf or that initial long distance journey, be it in a powerboat or yacht. If you wish to know more about our Association, then come along to some of our functions or speak to one of our committee members who will be happy to answer your questions. The Club office can provide the names and phone numbers of committee members.
